It seems HeyBoss is a waste of time

I spent 25 minutes exchanging ideas with the chat window, the nothing happened, I was waiting for something after so much exchange. Then I see that my original 20 credits are now down to 9.45 and nothing has happened. From the other posts I see, it seems this tool does not work or is just not ready. Frustrating, I was looking forward to it.

Hi everyone!

I am working on a side project that helps people redeem restaurant deals online ( https://09191553.heyboss.tech/7c014e97/). To that end, I am working on embedding an email confirmation system for users who redeem a deal. Specifically, when they click the "Claim Deal" button, they are asked for their name, email, and phone number with the goal of: Storing this information on the backend for tracking. Sending them a confirmation email with their deal details. However, in testing the live site, I keep getting the following error message “failed to process your request. please try again.” In a simpler version of the live page where I asked only for email addresses, I was neither receiving any confirmation email when I signed up as a test user nor was I receiving any notification on the backend regarding the redemption Does anyone know how I can address these issues? Would appreciate any support and/or guidance :)
