I am working on a side project that helps people redeem restaurant deals online (

To that end, I am working on embedding an email confirmation system for users who redeem a deal. Specifically, when they click the "Claim Deal" button, they are asked for their name, email, and phone number with the goal of:

• Storing this information on the backend for tracking.

• Sending them a confirmation email with their deal details.

However, in testing the live site, I keep getting the following error message “failed to process your request. please try again.”

In a simpler version of the live page where I asked only for email addresses, I was neither receiving any confirmation email when I signed up as a test user nor was I receiving any notification on the backend regarding the redemption

Does anyone know how I can address these issues? Would appreciate any support and/or guidance :)
